We hope you are thrilled with your order. Nevertheless, should you wish to exchange or refund, we ask that all items are returned unworn and in all their original packaging within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. We cannot accept the following returns:
- Shoes that have been worn
- Any shoes deemed by us not in a condition to be resold
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged or missing
- Any item requested for return outside the 14 day time frame

A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email and we will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
