Returns and Exchanges


We hope you are thrilled with your order. Nevertheless, should you wish to exchange or refund, we ask that all items be returned unworn and in their original packaging within 14 days from date of purchase.


Note: Once a return is approved, the purchase value will be refunded by the same method
you made the original payment, and it will not include the €40 return shipping fee.

Maison Skorpios fully covers only first-time exchanges.

We cannot accept the following returns:

- Any sign of wear
- Any shoes deemed by us not in a condition to be resold
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged or missing
- Any item requested for return outside the 14 days time frame


Click here and enter your order number and email address to return an item. A prepaid shipping label will be sent to you by email, and we will notify you of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. All refunds will be processed within four weeks upon receiving the returned item.

Please note that the shipping fees of an unaccepted return are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world, but shipping fees vary from country to country. We will provide you with the cost at the time of purchase.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your purchased items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

For reasons including security, Skorpios will not process any order for which delivery is requested in a post office box . All packages are delivered by hand to the recipient and therefore no packages will be deposited in a mailbox.

Signature is required on all shipments.


Note: There are restrictions in some countries; therefore, our products may not be shipped to some international destinations.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ATTENTION: FOR SALES TO MEXICO

The purchase of footwear and accessories destined for Mexico may be subject to restrictions and regulations that must be complied with prior to their entry into Mexican territory, as well as to the inspection of the merchandise itself.

For products with a value of over 1,000 US dollars, the formalities of Mexican legislation must be complied with before the merchandise reaches their border control.

The Mexican authorities may request the completion of customs clearance formalities subject to a formal import process through a customs broker. This may also include the registration to the Importers' registry. The processes previously mentioned are not the responsibility of MAISON SKORPIOS and must be managed by the customer.

Should you receive a notification requiring the compliance of the procedures mentioned earlier and you do not respond within the legal deadline, or if the process is inconclusive, MAISON SKORPIOS will consider the sale complete without the right to reimbursement.

If the goods are held in customs, the purchaser must communicate with the courier service or the customs administration and contact MAISON SKORPIOS immediately. The cancellation of the purchase will not proceed until the completion of the procedure with the customs authority. For any exchanges and returns, the customer is responsible for releasing and shipping the goods to the country of origin.

Please ensure that the product is properly packaged and protected to avoid any damage during transportation. If possible, include a note explaining the reason for the return, as this will help us process your request more quickly.
However, please note that we do not take responsibility for issues arising from a return made outside of our service. To ensure an efficient processing of your request, we encourage you to use our official return service.
Once the return is received, our team will examine the product and proceed with a refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy. Make sure to adhere to the return conditions specified in our terms and conditions.
