Nevertheless, should you wish to exchange or refund, we ask that all items are returned unworn and in all their original packaging within 15 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. We cannot accept the following returns: - Shoes that have been worn
- Any shoes deemed by us not in a condition to be resold
- Items where the branded packaging has been damaged or missing
- Any item requested for return outside the 14 day time frame
