Marylin

The Marylin is an over-the-knee boot defined by its high shaft, cutaway line at the back and gold-tone brass jewel featuring the Maison’s signature “S” monogram. Its 90 mm heel and round toe create a silhouette with balanced proportions.

In the current collection, it is offered in black metallic nappa, whose subtle reflections emphasize the depth of the material.

An elongated silhouette

The Marylin translates the codes of our signature boot into an over-the-knee design. Its shaft rises above the knee at the front and dips at the back, where a gold-tone brass jewel features the Maison’s signature “S” monogram.

The 90 mm heel and round toe balance its proportions and define the model’s distinctive silhouette.

A leather treated for the light

Crafted in Italy, the Marylin owes its shine to a nappa leather brought to life by a metallic treatment that makes it vibrate in the light. Its shaft rises on a 90 mm heel that carries the leg without stiffening it and leaves movement free. A goatskin lining dresses the inside, and the sole, also leather, closes a construction faithful to Italian tradition.

The finish, though, is entrusted to the artisan's hand: it is the artisan who sets the gilded brass ornament, struck with the "S", the signature the Marylin shares with the founding boot, sealing its place within the Maison.

Preserving the metallic finish

Metallic nappa should be gently cared for with a soft, dry cloth to preserve its finish and reflections. Nourishing creams or products intended for smooth leather are not recommended, as they may alter the metallic finish.

Adding a protective sole after the first few wears helps preserve the leather sole.
