REPARATIONS
Which products are eligible for repair ?
Our repair services cover all our styles: flats, heels, ankle boots, mules, sandals, west boots, thigh-high boots, as well as our belts. Each request is care fully reviewed by our workshop to ensure a repair that reflects our craftsmanship and high standards.
How much does it cost to get a repair ?
For purchases made within the last two years, we offer a free repair service (you must provide proof of purchase date).
For items purchased more than two years ago, there is a €120 fee. The repair process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks, and shipping to our boutique is at the client's expense.
What do I need to get a repair ?
You need proof that your purchase was made at our boutique or on our website. Repairs are not available for purchases made from third-party retailers.

How do I make a purchase ?
Step 1: Subscribe to our newsletter to receive a -15% discount.
Step 2: Browse our collections.
Step 3: Choose the model you like and check the size availability.
Step 4: Click 'Add to Cart.'
Step 5: Proceed to checkout, enter your address and payment information, and complete your purchase. Voilà!

How can I check the status of my order ?
Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details. You will receive another email with tracking information once the package has been shipped. Use the tracking number on the UPS website to monitor your delivery.
Can I modify my order before it’s delivered ?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may contact our customer service team at customer@maisonskorpios.com to request changes.

What payment methods does Maison Skorpios accept ?
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Alma, and PayPal.
How does Alma work ?
Alma is a secure payment solution that allows you to pay for your order in installments. The increments are as follows:
•Payment in 2 installments: Minimum order €250, maximum €3,000.
•Payment in 3 installments: Minimum order €350, maximum €3,000.
•Payment in 4 installments: Minimum order €400, maximum €3,000.
Simply choose Alma as your payment method during checkout, enter your bank details, and you will receive an email with the payment schedule and reminders.
What is the Just payment method ?
Just is a one-click payment method that does not require creating an account or following multiple steps. By selecting 'Pay in One Click,' you will be redirected to a secure page to enter your payment and address information. This process is 100% secure, and you will receive a confirmation email just as you would with a standard purchase.

We offer worldwide shipping for free.
How can I check the status of my shipment ?
Use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email to track your package on the UPS website.
I haven’t received my order yet. What should I do?

EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
How do I make a return ?

Can I exchange an item ?
Yes, exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. Please generate a return label at https://maisonskorpios.returnscenter.com/ and contact us at customer@maisonskorpios.com to specify the item you would like to exchange.
What are the conditions to get a refund ?
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. For international returns (outside France), a shipping fee of €40 will be deducted from the refund amount. The item must be in pristine condition, unworn, and in its original packaging with all included items.
